This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Vienna, VA. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, performing oil changes, brake services, suspension work, and general maintenance and repair. The role also involves accurately documenting work performed, communicating findings and recommendations to service advisors, and following safety and quality procedures.
The Automotive Technician will collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a variety of makes and models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Oil Changes and routine service procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Automotive Repair, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Suspension inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
- Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE) or manufacturer training are beneficial.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic in a dealership or service center environment is preferred.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, follow technical manuals, and work safely with shop equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliable time management, and effective communication with service advisors and team members.
