Position: Regional Commercial Treasury Management Officer I

As a Regional Treasury Management Officer I within PNC's Treasury Management Commercial Sales organization, you will be based in Baltimore, MD or Vienna, VA.

Responsibilities
  • The Virtual Treasury Manager is a regional sales position working within multiple markets. This individual utilizes strong virtual communication skills in lieu of in‑person meetings to manage new and existing clients. The role focuses on new client acquisition as well as growing share of wallet with existing clients.
  • Identifies customer needs and presents the full range of PNC's products and services, providing ideas and insights that help clients succeed financially and increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Remotely develops and manages clients across multiple markets, aiming to grow sales, increase revenue, and deepen share of wallet, often transitioning them to primary clients. Coordinates implementation and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
  • Actively calls on internally generated lists of targeted prospective clients, leveraging industry knowledge to prioritize efforts and manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
  • Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities, and collaborates with the Virtual TM team to share best practices and opportunities.
  • Coordinates with market Relationship Managers and Market Leaders to transition larger or more complex relationships as appropriate, and utilizes technology to enhance client engagement through multiple communication channels.
  • Effectively manages risk/return in accordance with PNC's risk profile, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
