Position OverviewThe Vice President - Health Technology Solutions is an executive responsible for driving sustainable growth for a 200+ employee company in the IT federal contracting space concentrating in Health Services across multiple agencies while maintaining compliance, delivery excellence, and strong customer relationships across federal clients.
Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution - Health Practice- Develop and execute a focused growth strategy aligned to federal market opportunities and company capabilities concentrating in the Health market.
- Drive revenue new growth through a combination of recompetes, organic contract expansions, and targeted new business pursuits.
- Lead Business Development, Capture, and Proposals to strengthen pipeline quality, win rates, and go‑to‑market execution.
- Identify priority agencies, contract vehicles, and customer segments for expansion.
- Ensure seamless handoff between capture, proposal, and delivery teams to support win‑to‑execute excellence.
- Use market intelligence, customer feedback, and performance data to inform growth investments and decisions.
- Support partnerships, teaming arrangements, and M&A integration efforts as applicable.
- Establish clear growth metrics, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the COO & EVP/GM on Business Development strategy, execution, and organizational health.
- Organic growth of existing Health Practice of $2M or 10% annually
- Book Prime contracts worth $25M.
- Submit Prime contracts worth $100M.
- Maintain a $500M Qualified pipeline
