• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities that lead to product execution.
• Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Understand Bag Zag’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products recognized as best in the industry.

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in product design.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• 2+ years of experience in technical architecture of mobile applications.
• 1+ year of experience creating wireframes and mock-ups.
• Engineering/programming experience is a plus.
• Basic SQL skills.
• 1+ year experience working in an agile development environment.

The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. The base pay will be determined based on transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The range may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
