Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Quantive, we don't just execute transactions - we transform companies and change Founders' lives. Since 2011, we've pioneered an approach that few other firms offer: systematically improving businesses before taking them to market, resulting in 35% average valuation increases and a 90% close rate that's unheard of in our industry.

We're seeking an exceptional M&A Analyst to join our integrated M&A Advisory and Business Performance Group (BPG) practice. This isn't your typical investment banking role - you'll gain exposure to both operational transformations AND transaction execution, developing expertise that no other firm can provide.

Responsibilities
  • Build comprehensive valuation models and investor presentations
  • Support VP of Transaction Operations in managing deal 'go-to-market' activities, CRM systems, due diligence processes, and data room preparation
  • Support deal origination through targeted outreach to business owners identified via market research and proprietary sourcing
  • Lead diligence work-streams providing critical coordination between PE investors, QoE providers, tech diligence teams, and legal
  • Analyze investor feedback and support negotiation strategies
  • Contribute to business development by initiating conversations with prospective clients and nurturing early-stage relationships
  • Participate in operational assessments across our Five Transformations framework
  • Support senior team members and client C-Suites in developing and implementing value creation roadmaps
  • Build financial models that capture improvement opportunities
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or private equity
  • Strong deal execution experience with exposure to middle market transactions
  • Interest in operational improvement and business transformation
  • Track record of managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree required
Technical Skills
  • Advanced financial modeling across multiple methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps)
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with virtual data rooms and deal management systems
  • Understanding of legal documents and transaction structures
Nice to Have
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA - we care more about impact than credentials
  • Prior exposure to operational improvement initiatives
  • Experience in lower middle market transactions

$100k - $150k

Benefits
  • 401(k) with 3% automatic company match
  • Maternity / Paternity leave
  • $500 annual home technology budget
  • Clear promotion path with annual reviews
