Are you an experienced training support professional, scheduler, logistics coordinator, or administrative manager who thrives in a high-tempo customer environment? Your search ends here! We're seeking a Training Support Manager to provide dependable, full-time support to senior managers, instructors, students, and training teams in Northern Virginia.

This role requires someone who can consistently support a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. The successful candidate must be able to work weekly at two customer locations in Northern Virginia, with local travel required. The Training Support Manager will bring order, follow-through, and calm coordination to a busy training environment where schedules, facilities, customer requirements, and senior leader priorities must be aligned every day.

As a successful candidate, you will be skilled at managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, tracking competing requirements, and communicating clearly with team members, senior managers, instructors, students, and customers. You will need advanced interpersonal communication skills, including the diplomacy, tact, sound judgment, and professional presence required to support senior managers and customer stakeholders in a dynamic mission-focused environment.

You will also help manage and support a training facility with multiple classrooms. This includes preparing classrooms for use, supporting instructors and students during training events, helping coordinate resources and materials, and assisting with facility setup, reset, and cleanup so each training session is ready for successful delivery. Your ability to anticipate needs, deconflict priorities, and follow through on details will directly support the customer mission and the team's ability to deliver effective training.

You will be part of a larger program and will assist the team with customer communications, training coordination, team scheduling, logistics support, and administrative execution. You'll work closely with senior managers, instructors, project teams, and customer representatives to make sure requirements are understood, resources are coordinated, and activities are completed on time. Your Main Mission:
  • Provide full-time training support Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in support of customer training and senior management requirements.
  • Work weekly at two Northern Virginia customer locations, with local travel required.
  • Support senior managers by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, deconflicting priorities, and maintaining situational awareness of key activities and commitments.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, classroom activities, meetings, visitors, instructors, students, and customer engagements.
  • Manage and support a multi-classroom training facility, including classroom setup, reset, cleanup, materials preparation, and day-of training support.
  • Coordinate resources against dynamic requirements to accommodate multiple training, facility, and senior management needs.
  • Communicate with diplomacy and professionalism when working with team members, instructors, senior managers, and customer stakeholders to identify requirements and develop action plans.
  • Track, communicate, and manage administrative and logistics tasks to ensure deadlines, milestones, and customer expectations are met.
