Pay From: $150,000 annual salary

• 10+ years of experience in Federal Civilian capture management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning contracts within Federal Civilian agencies, especially in IT services, cybersecurity, program management, and/or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR regulations and agency-specific acquisition processes.
• Strong understanding of Federal Civilian agencies' missions, priorities, and challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in capture tools such as Gov Win, Deltek, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trends, and make data‑driven decisions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive capture strategies tailored to specific Federal Civilian agency opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify key opportunities and position the company as a leader in the market.
• Define win themes, value propositions, and differentiators based on customer requirements and competitive landscape.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications during the capture process.
• Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compliant, compelling, and high‑quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitations.
