HR Program Analyst – Enterprise Performance Management

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00

Location:

Vienna, VA - hybrid with 3 days a week onsite

Contract Length: 6 months

Job Description

We are seeking a contractor to support Enterprise Performance Management initiatives, with a primary focus on execution of the year-end (Q4) performance cycle, insights generation, and ongoing process, technology, and data support.

    Ability to enhance tools, reporting, and data infrastructure while the cycle is underway
Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end execution of the Q4 enterprise performance management cycle, including coordination, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Analyze performance rating distributions and trends across business units, roles, and levels to generate actionable insights for HR and leadership
  • Partner with HRBPs and COE teams to identify themes, risks, and opportunities in performance outcomes and calibration results
  • Support performance management technology and tools (e.g., performance platforms, forms, reporting dashboards), including troubleshooting and optimization
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to support decision-making and executive communications
  • Assist in process improvements, documentation, and scaling of performance management practices
  • Provide operational support for stakeholder inquiries, data requests, and cycle readiness activities
  • Contribute to development of materials for leader communications, training, and enablement
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR or performance data and identifying trends
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
