ITCON Services seeks a Business Analyst to support USDA FPAC Data Engineering and Management by eliciting, documenting, validating, and tracing business and technical requirements that drive data engineering, reporting, analytics, and modernization initiatives.
As the primary liaison between FPAC stakeholders and delivery teams, you will translate business needs into actionable user stories, source-to-target requirements, data definitions, rules, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
