• Support development and tracking of program schedules, milestones, and documentation under senior guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure goal alignment
• Assist in monitoring program risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate as necessary
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, meeting notes, and action trackers
• Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
• Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and process improvements
• Learn and apply project and program management tools and methodologies

• 1-5 years of experience in project or program coordination or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
