Principal Enterprise Change Management Specialist – Enterprise Initiatives

• Shape enterprise change strategy and governance
• Advise executives on change leadership
• Represent change management in strategic planning forums
• Evaluate and improve enterprise-wide change capability maturity assessments
• Integrate change strategy with digital transformation roadmaps
• Own the design and delivery of change strategies
• Lead through ambiguity and resistance, align executive stakeholders, and integrate interdependent programs to enable strategic execution at scale
• Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders to build skills for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees
• Facilitate organizational transformation aligned with business objectives
• Evaluate change impacts and develop communication and training strategies
• Engage stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Ensure adoption of new processes, systems, or structures and sustain change outcomes

• 7+ years of experience in change management or a related field
• Subject matter expertise within a business area or specialization
• Understanding of interrelationships among different disciplines
• Experience in organizational design and transformation
• Experience in change portfolio management
• Executive coaching experience
• Change capability-building experience
• Knowledge of governance and compliance
• Expertise in enterprise transformation
• Strong executive presence and advisory skills
• Proven track record leading complex change programs
• Strategic foresight and scenario-planning skills
• Experience with global change programs and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
• Prosci Master Certification or equivalent preferred
• Experience designing, applying, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative change-readiness metrics
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across business units and disciplines
• Thought leadership through professional associations, whitepapers, conference speaking, or seminars
• Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Expert verbal and written communication, executive-level storytelling, and facilitation skills
• Experience leading, guiding, mentoring, and developing change practitioners, leaders, and cross-functional partners
• Ability to present complex findings and recommendations to executive and senior management audiences
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in ambiguous environments
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change management, including impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder alignment, communications, and training needs assessment
• Extensive experience managing complex initiatives from creation through execution and evaluation
• Monday-Friday availability, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Adherence to Navy Federal policies, procedures, and Bank Secrecy Act regulations

Demonstrates expertise in change management, including the design and delivery of change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the integration of change with digital transformation. Proven ability to lead complex change programs and facilitate organizational transformation aligned with business objectives.
