Product Strategist III, Debit Cards

• Assist business unit management in developing, modifying, and executing action plans, policies, standards, and processes
• Optimize resources while maintaining strategic, financial, and member service goals
• Plan, deploy, and measure marketing effectiveness with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor industry shifts and recommend actions to maintain competitive product and service positioning
• Evaluate the portfolio to identify opportunities to improve programs, products, and services
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior department leadership
• Analyze technology and financial market trends and competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
• Develop performance measurement improvement plans and action plans to address operational gaps
• Manage initiatives from inception through implementation
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, and simulation
• Build financial forecasts, cost analyses, and Front Office reports
• Serve as subject matter expert on product functions and related products and services
• Resolve complex and unique problems and collaborate with partners to develop and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with Member Research & Intelligence and Product Marketing on email campaign strategies
• Participate in complex interdepartmental initiatives with significant business risk and impact
• Lead project teams, ensure quality and consistent performance, meet schedules, and resolve complex problems
• Provide leadership and guidance for successful business unit project implementation
• Train department staff and business partners
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Advanced knowledge of business-unit products, services, processes, requirements, and systems
• Advanced knowledge of state and Federal laws, industry regulations, principles, practices, and company policies
• Advanced knowledge of banking and financial industry trends, products, and services
• Ability to synthesize analysis results, develop recommendations, and present solutions to unique and complex problems
• Significant experience collaborating across organizational boundaries and building cross-functional partnerships
• Significant experience leading large projects and initiatives with business risk and impact
