Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vienna, VA, for a Construction Inspector. The Construction Inspector will conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with quality control standards, and oversee the testing and inspection of construction materials such as asphalt, concrete, masonry, and soils. Additional responsibilities include verifying adherence to construction plans, maintaining detailed documentation, and reporting findings. The position involves collaboration with project managers and relevant teams to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Inspections and general Inspection processes
• Strong foundation in Quality Control and knowledge of material standards
• Proficiency in handling and inspecting Asphalt and other construction materials
• Understanding of Construction Management and workflow coordination
• Ability to interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA certification or construction inspection-specific certifications are a plus
