We’re looking for a Field Project Manager who can take ownership of projects in the field and see them through successfully. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can lead trades, manage schedules, communicate confidently with clients, and stay actively involved to keep projects on track and standards high.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day‑to‑day field operations to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to a high standard
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
  • Perform carpentry, demolition, punch list work and other practical work as needed
  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project
  • Monitor quality, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a clean, safe, professional jobsite
  • Work closely with internal teams on schedules, budgets, change orders, labor needs, and project success
What You Bring
  • Experience managing residential remodeling or construction projects in the field
  • Practical experience across carpentry and general jobsite tasks, with the ability to step in wherever needed to keep projects progressing
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and crews and maintain accountability on site
  • Professional communication skills with clients, vendors, and coworkers
  • Strong organization and follow‑through in a fast‑moving environment
  • Pride in delivering high‑quality work and creating a positive client experience
