MBP is seeking a Cost Estimator in Northern Virginia to perform multi-trade quantity take-offs and pricing for vertical and horizontal construction projects. You will prepare final deliverables for senior estimators and review peers’ estimates to ensure accuracy.
The role supports large, complex preconstruction estimates and may involve GMP arrangements. Candidates should have 3–7 years in cost estimating, familiarity with A/E/C, and proficiency with Blue Beam and MS Office.
