You will communicate schedule findings and technical information to diverse audiences, participate in project meetings, and contribute to sound decision-making through clear analysis and reporting.

  • Identify and communicate schedule variances, emerging risks, and potential impacts to project milestones and completion
  • Assist with the evaluation of changes and their potential impacts on the project schedule
  • Assist with the development and/or review of time-extension requests and Time Impact Analyses (TIAs)
  • Support post-construction schedule and delay analyses
  • Prepare clear schedule review comments, reports, graphics, and other project controls deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and site visits as needed
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
Experience
  • 2+ years of construction scheduling, project controls, or related construction experience preferred
  • Supporting transportation projects, including roadway, bridge, rail, or other major infrastructure projects, is strongly preferred
  • Developing and/or reviewing schedules for construction projects
  • Using Oracle Primavera P6

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
  • Identifying schedule issues and clearly communicating their potential project impacts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical scheduling concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Managing multiple assignments and priorities while meeting project deadlines
