What You'll Do:- Welcome Every Guest: Greet everyone who walks through our doors with authentic enthusiasm, creating an inviting and helpful atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Guide the Journey: Listen to each customer's goals and match them with the right scuba course or travel destination.
- Outfit for Safety and Comfort: Take seriously the responsibility of helping divers find the right gear for their specific needs. You'll guide customers through equipment selection, ensuring a proper, comfortable fit that builds their confidence in the water.
- Set the Stage: Keep our retail floor and facility clean, organized, well‑stocked, and visually inviting.
- Solve Problems Face‑to‑Face: Handle customer inquiries and logistical challenges with grace, turning potential hiccups into great service experiences.
- Stay Connected: Engage with customers over the phone, via email, and in person to deliver consistent, top‑tier service.
