Covel, Stack & Henon, DDS is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-focused Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician or a new graduate looking to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, radiographs, and patient education
- Build trust and rapport with patients to support long-term oral health
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records and charting
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health in a clear and compassionate manner
- Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control protocols
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Contribute positively to a supportive, teamwork-driven practice atmosphere
- Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Virginia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Dentrix experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
