We are looking for a dedicated, seasoned professional interested in creating a welcoming, loving classroom environment for children aged 3-4 Years Old. Our classes are designed for teachers to co-lead. Lesson planning and classroom responsibilities are shared between co-teachers. This allows for better consistency in the implementation of the curriculum as well as a supportive, collaborative environment for our staff. Teachers are encouraged to use their experience, education, and creativity to create a hands-on play play-based curriculum for their students.

• Professional & Kind Attitude
• 2 years of prior classroom experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong written and communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Lead teacher requirements as outlined by the Department of Education of Virginia
• CDA, bachelor's degree, or higher in early childhood education.
