• Passionate about human development, biology, math, physics, or tutoring
• Highly motivated and trainable/teachable
• Strong reading and spelling skills
• Strong cognitive skills

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree

• Work one‑on‑one with students of all ages in a fun, upbeat, and interactive manner.
• Create an atmosphere of support and excitement, challenging and motivating students.
• Implement personalized cognitive training plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver engaging and effective sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress reports.
• Celebrate achievements with students and families.
• Document student growth and success.

• Flexible scheduling – available at least two weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Opportunity for advancement.
• Paid training.
• Starting pay $19.00 per hour, up to $25 per hour for Master Trainers.
