AMI Elementary Guide

Overview

Fiore Montessori School is in search of a talented and passionate AMI Elementary Guide interested in joining our dedicated faculty and supportive culture. We are also open to considering AMI training sponsorship for the right individual.

Fiore serves children from birth through 9th grade and is conveniently located on two neighborhood campuses, each spanning roughly 4.5 acres and just 20 miles outside of Washington DC. Our elementary environments at both campuses are well-equipped with the full range of Nienhuis materials. We provide wooded and grassy outdoor areas for student exploration and physical activities.

• Serve as an AMI Elementary Guide with a focus on fostering an authentic, nurturing learning community.
• Collaborate with a Pedagogical Director who provides mentorship and support at the guide’s level.
• Engage in ongoing coaching and professional development with AMI trainers and consultants to strengthen classroom practice.
• Contribute to a long-term, collaborative school culture and growth of the community.

• AMI Elementary Guide certification or eligibility for AMI sponsorship consideration.
• Interest in establishing a long-term teaching home and developing a supportive community.
