A leading engineering firm is seeking a Substation Front-End Engineering & Design Lead to oversee technical risk for power delivery projects nationally. The ideal candidate will develop and lead AD proposals, manage engineering teams, and mitigate project risks. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience are required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

This is a full-time position based in Virginia.
