Job Overview

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an experienced full-time Tag and Title Clerk in Vienna, VA. The position is full‑time (37.5 hrs/week), Monday‑Friday 9:00AM‑5:30PM and Saturday 9:00‑1:00PM.

• Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.
• Answer and provide guidance on state‑specific regulations for driver license and vehicle titling/registration applications.
• Upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering and IDEMIA services if applicable.

• Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
• Prior experience in motor vehicle title system or tag and title work is preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for engaging customers and articulating AAA memberships.
• Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs; strong computer skills for multitasking.
• Notary Public designation or ability to obtain and maintain Notary Public designation within six (6) months of employment.
• Ability to successfully complete all required training workshops for Title Service Agents.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings (criminal, drug, state/vendor specific).

Hourly base compensation: $18.82–$24.07, adjusted by experience, location and other factors. Incentive pay averages $162.00–$580.00 per month.
