At Savant, this Financial Advisor partners closely with clients and senior advisors to deliver thoughtful, goals-based advice while actively growing relationships and wallet share. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys owning client relationships, leading planning conversations, creating momentum in your market, and building relationships - without losing the team-based support that makes the work sustainable.

• Grow new revenue through referrals, expanded client relationships, and targeted prospecting
• Develop and execute a business development plan aligned to Savant’s growth strategy
• Build and maintain strong referral networks (attorneys, COIs, prior clients, community connections)
• Assume lead or co-advisor responsibility on client relationships and planning conversations
• Retain and deepen existing client relationships through exceptional service and advice
• Leverage planning specialists, investment teams, and modern advisor technology to scale impact

The Financial Advisor role typically requires:

• At least 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
• Demonstrated success in business development and relationship growth
• Strong presence, communication skills, and consultative sales approach
• CFP® designation (or commitment to earn within two years)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• A clean U-4
