Source Line is seeking an experienced Underwriter based in Tysons Corner, Virginia. This hands-on role involves evaluating consumer loan applications for credit risk and structuring deals that balance growth with sound credit decisions. Candidates should have over 5 years of underwriting experience and be comfortable making independent credit decisions. The position offers a hybrid work model with 4 weekdays from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health and 401(k).
