Associate Wealth Advisor

Our client, a boutique and rapidly growing wealth management firm, is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced advisor to step into an established client base while gaining exposure to a broad range of financial planning and investment strategies.

• Take ownership of relationships with an existing group of clients
• Collaborate on comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies
• Participate in and lead client meetings
• Work closely with senior advisors and leadership in a mentorship-driven environment
• Play a key role in a growing, entrepreneurial firm with long-term upside

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
• Active licenses (Series 7 & 66; Life & Health preferred)
• CFP (or on track to obtain) strongly preferred
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Experience with financial planning tools and CRM systems

• Existing client relationships to manage from day one
• Clear path to partnership and ownership opportunities
• Collaborative, high-touch client environment
