Vendor Risk Analyst

1+ year contract with the potential to convert

Candidates will have to report onsite 2 days a week in either Vienna, VA, Pensacola, FL or San Diego, CA. The Vienna, VA location is the preferred location.

Minimum a Bachelor Degree in a related field (willing to substitute for more YOE)

Minimum 5-7+ years of experience

Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship, now and in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with vendors
• Performing risk analysis/assessments when engaging with vendors
• Monitoring vendor performances in SLA’s
• Inspecting vendor responsibilities and how it aligns with established agreements

Required Skills:

• Gap identification
• Process improvements
• Risk assessments/analysis
• Previous experience working with 3rd party vendor relations
• Procurements experience
• Previously experience working in finance/banking ideally

Preferred

Skills:

• VRM Certifications (CTPRP, CTPRA, NCCO, or CRCM)
• 3rd party risk management (TPRM) platforms
• Knowledge in mortgage lending and servicing compliance
