- Support client onboarding and ongoing service processes
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and documentation
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks
- Support advisors by proactively removing operational friction
- Plan events, client communication and operational tasks weeks and months in advance
- Anticipate needs before they become issues
- Improve workflows and suggest better ways of doing things
- Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, To-Do and Excel
- Zoom for virtual meetings and client interactions
- Background in client service and/or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional written communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of ownership and responsibility
