This includes sectors such as real estate, construction, and manufacturing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing LLC, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial strategies.

- Take charge of all financial activities relating to the company's portfolio, including real estate transactions, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage the company's LLC, ensuring all financial activities are in line with legal requirements.
- Implement and oversee risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and ensure financial stability.
- Develop and manage budgets for all sectors within the portfolio, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Forecast financial trends and make strategic recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP.
- Oversee revenue recognition processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the financial ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent inaccuracies and fraud.
- Use Yardi software for property management accounting needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial management principles.
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Hands-on experience with managing an LLC.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition processes and financial ledgers.
- Experience with real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in using Yardi software for property management accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
