Sunrise Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Review, read, notate, and initial Daily Log to document resident information;
Participate in the development of the ISPs and monthly updates;
Be responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their safety;
Observe, report, and document changes in residents' conditions and respond to security/call bells promptly;
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and engage them in life skills and reminiscence activities
