Gamma Phi Omega International is seeking a Catering Captain to oversee weddings and upscale social events. You will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, ensure health code compliance, and manage setup/breakdown and guest relations.
Role requires at least 2 years in catering banquet service, strong customer service, and the ability to make quick decisions. Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and Serv Safe/TIPS certifications.
