Join Our Team as a Senior HR Associate at NVR!

Are you passionate about HR and ready to make a significant impact? As a Senior HR Associate at NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes and NVHomes, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic team, providing essential HR support and services to our thriving business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate
    :
    Partner with HR Business Partners and team members to support hiring, retention, and development initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition Process
    :
    Assist in the recruiting process by preparing job offer letters and facilitating background checks and I-9 processes for new hires.
  • Communicate
    :
    Prepare memos and correspondence, and answer employee and management questions on various HR topics.
  • Benefits Administration
    :
    Support employee benefits administration, including annual open enrollment, benefits reports, audits, and leave of absence management.
  • Analyze reports
    :
    Develop reports and analyze data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Maintain Data
    :
    Maintain and manage information within NVR’s HRIS.
  • Coordinate Events
    :
    Work on recruiting event coordination and recruiting/talent evaluation for select roles.
  • Support Projects
    :
    Contribute to adhoc projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum of 5 years of HR administration experience.
  • Skills
    :
    Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Collaboration
    :
    Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
