Job Description:
Syneren is currently seeking a HR Associate
. The ideal candidate thrives in a team atmosphere, takes pride in his/her work, and is committed to a highly proactive, process-driven approach.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who is passionate about supporting employees, improving HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with HR leadership across recruitment, onboarding, records management, benefits administration, and employee support.
Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist with reference checks and background screenings
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare new-hire paperwork and ensure timely completion
- Support new-hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Set up employee profiles in internal systems
- Process terminations and maintain accurate offboarding documentation
- Maintain and update employee records
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and general inquiries
- Coordinate with benefits providers on eligibility and changes
- Serve as a first point of contact for general HR questions
- Escalate employee concerns to HR leadership as appropriate
- Assist with documentation for employee relations matters
- Maintain I-9 files and support internal audits
- Ensure completion of required trainings and compliance tasks
- Assist with HR policy implementation and communication
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, DEI programs, and wellness events
- Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Familiarity with HR records management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- 2-5 years of related work experience
- Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
Standard office environment. May require extended hours. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Physical RequirementsProlonged desk/computer work. Occasional movement across office space. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
