OverviewSyneren Technologies is hiring a full-time Salesforce Architect.
ResponsibilitiesMinimum six (6) years of experience, with at least four (4) years supporting complex Salesforce projects and programs, preferably on technical solutions development projects and Salesforce programs, plus:
- Active CBP BI clearance is required.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including data access controls and permissions.
- Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management in Salesforce.
- Experienced delivering solutions to production and/or migrating legacy applications to modern platforms including Salesforce.
- Ability to design efficient and scalable data models within Salesforce.
- Proficiency in integration patterns and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address challenges and design effective solutions.
- Familiarity with release management, source control, and deployment technologies for efficient software delivery.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification from a recognized credentialing agency preferred.
- Standard office environment
- May require extended hours during deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
