Job Duties

The Intelligence Systems Analyst provides advanced all-source intelligence analysis and systems-focused support to national security, law enforcement, and defense stakeholders. This role integrates data, intelligence platforms, and analytic methodologies to assess complex threats, financial networks, and operational environments.

  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis by integrating HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, FMV, financial, and law enforcement data to assess threats, trends, and operational risks.
  • Utilize intelligence analysis tools and platforms (e.g., link analysis, network mapping, geospatial and ISR systems) to identify patterns, anomalies, and adversary networks.
  • Develop and maintain intelligence products, assessments, and briefings that clearly communicate analytic findings to operational, policy, and senior leadership audiences.
  • Support intelligence collection and requirements management by identifying intelligence gaps, emerging threats, and system performance limitations.
  • Exploit full motion video (FMV), imagery, and sensor data from national, theater, and tactical ISR platforms to produce actionable intelligence.
  • Conduct research using classified systems, law enforcement databases, open-source tools, social media, and dark web resources.
  • Support interagency and multi-national operations by providing targeting, network analysis, and intelligence systems integration.
  • Ensure analytic processes and intelligence products comply with applicable security, data handling, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in intelligence analysis within DoD, Intelligence Community, federal law enforcement, or national security environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all-source intelligence analysis, including financial intelligence, imagery intelligence (IMINT/GEOINT), FMV exploitation, and multi-INT fusion.
  • Strong working knowledge of intelligence systems, analytic tools, and databases used for link analysis, network mapping, geospatial analysis, and ISR exploitation.
  • Hands‑on experience with ISR platforms, sensor data, and imagery exploitation tools across EO, IR, SAR, MSI, and FMV.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and intelligence data into clear, actionable written products and oral briefings.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting OSINT and dark web research using commercial and government investigative tools (e.g., Lexis Nexis, CLEAR, Westlaw).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify intelligence gaps and emerging threats.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field (intelligence studies, communications, technology, national security, or related discipline) or equivalent military/intelligence training and experience.
