Required Technical Skills

• Platform Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of Service Now FSM (Field Service Management) modules.
• Scripting:
  Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (Glide Record, Client-Side/Server-Side scripting).
• Development Tools:
  Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, Studio IDE.
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, Angular JS.
• Database Management:
  Understanding of Service Now data models and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications:
  
  Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management (CIS-FSM).
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience working within a large-scale enterprise or financial services environment.
• Methodology:
  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
