Russian Linguist (HLT/Technical Support)

• Proficiency in Russian language with a minimum of 2+ (ILR or equivalent).
• Experience or demonstrated ability in translation, analysis, or language‑related work.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work across data‑management tools and systems.
• Familiarity with IT concepts and data handling practices.

• Experience working with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or large language models (LLMs).
• Background in data analysis, data management, or related technical fields.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Experience supporting government or mission‑driven environments.

• An active TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred; sponsorship for clearance upgrades is available.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6–10 years; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community and Operations.
• Successfully complete a Leidos‑administered language proficiency test or equivalent.
• HLT experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic online research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and target languages.
