Position Overview

We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Systems Analyst to support the Finance Technology Security & Controls team. This role focuses on security governance, risk monitoring, compliance operations, and business systems analysis within the Oracle ERP Fusion ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Fusion Security and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), along with strong analytical, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills. This position requires collaboration across Finance, Procurement, HR, Technology, and Audit teams to ensure effective control execution and compliance readiness.

Key Responsibilities Security & Compliance Operations
  • Conduct user access reviews and manage privileged access within Oracle ERP Fusion
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve Oracle RMC security and compliance alerts
  • Manage incident lifecycle activities including:
    • Intake and tracking
    • Aging and SLA monitoring
    • Escalation management
    • Root cause analysis
    • Remediation documentation and closure
  • Support internal and external audits, including ICFR/SOX compliance activities
  • Assist with segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and risk remediation efforts
Business Systems Analysis
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend control and process improvements
  • Partner with business and technical teams to support risk mitigation initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional action items
Testing & Documentation
  • Create and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios for system enhancements and changes
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, audit artifacts, and compliance records
  • Support reporting and analysis using OTBI and related Oracle reporting tools
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and workflow effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in ERP security, compliance, risk management, or finance technology
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Oracle ERP Fusion Security
    • Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
    • User access management and privileged access controls
  • Solid understanding of ICFR/SOX compliance frameworks
  • Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, and HR ERP modules
  • Experience managing incidents, escalations, and remediation tracking
  • Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting audit and regulatory compliance activities
  • Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
  • Experience with OTBI reporting
  • Experience creating and executing SIT/UAT test cases
  • Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Background in Finance Technology environments
