Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer

Position Description

ENSCO is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft Azure/Entra Active Directory and M365 Online services in a GCC High tenant operating within a CMMC-complaint environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Teams Online, Purview, Defender and Entra/Intune administration, including Conditional Access Policies, Identity Protection and AAD Connect.

This position will also play a crucial role in our Zero Trust strategy and integration with external applications.

• Administer and maintain Entra Active Directory, including users, groups, roles, and policies.
• Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams Online environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and manage Conditional Access Policies and Identity Protection.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to support Zero Trust initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune compliance and authentication access.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 services administration.
• Experience with Intune Conditional Access, Exchange/Sharepoint/Teams Online management.
• Familiarity with Office 365 integration and identity management.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with helpdesk support teams and tools.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 GCC High environment.
• Experience developing teams and supervising personnel.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• CompTIA Sec+ Certification.
• Microsoft Certifications.
