OverviewOur client is seeking an IT Operator for Desktop Support to join their team on site in Vienna, Virginia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills while providing critical support to end users in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS)
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, phishing)
- Ticketing system experience (Service Now)
- Experience with troubleshooting Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
- Experience with troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft M365 productivity software (including, but not limited to: Outlook, One Drive, and Teams)
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Fundamentals Certification - Experience using Connect Wise Remote Support Software
- Experience using Cyber Ark Workforce Password Management Software
- Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
