Responsibilities

+  Support business partners by providing expertise on mortgage and equity processes from start to finish

+  Utilize knowledge of real estate lending systems and assist with troubleshooting complex system tickets related to mortgages and equity

+  Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve system issues and outages, including providing root cause analysis and stakeholder communications

+  Participate in testing, implementation, and enhancement of software and systems, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance

+  Research and analyze problems, recommend operational improvements, and assist with process troubleshooting and documentation

+  Contribute to weekend and off-hours support, including system validations and coverage on a rotational basis

+  Handle escalated inquiries related to member accounts, general ledger, and internal systems, providing prompt and accurate responses

+  Perform software testing, implement new processes, and support cross-organizational projects to improve operational efficiency

+  Other duties as assigned to support business operations and system stability

Requirements

+  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

+  Entry level knowledge of real estate systems and processes

+  Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

+  

Experience with SQL queries and system troubleshooting

+  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+  Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

+  Ability to navigate multiple systems and adapt to new technologies

+  Willingness to work on weekends and off-hours in a rotation schedule

+  Prior experience in financial or real estate support roles preferred
