Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives, including integrations, model activation, and measurement frameworks
* Manage multiple concurrent work streams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are proactively addressed
* Partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to operationalize analytics use cases
* Translate complex analytic requirements into actionable, executable program plans
* Drive solutions from concept/POC to scalable, governed production environments
* Support enterprise governance, including data privacy, security reviews, and compliance processes
* Enable marketing activation through segmentation, targeting, and data-driven campaign strategies
* Establish and support test-and-learn frameworks, performance measurement, and reporting
* Communicate program updates clearly to both technical and executive audiences
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery models for analytics initiatives### Qualifications
* Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical or data-driven programs
* Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics workflows, and model operationalization
* Ability to collaborate effectively with data science, engineering, and business teams
* Advanced program/project management skills (planning, risk mitigation, dependency management)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders### Preferred
* Experience in marketing analytics or data-driven personalization initiatives
* Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security in enterprise environments
* Exposure to AI/advanced analytics use cases
* PMP, CSM, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $80.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
