• Level 1 contractor (1–5 years experience) supporting campus workstation conversions and IT labor
• On-site role with flexibility to move between Winchester and Vienna campuses
• Perform physical workstation conversions: equipment setup/removal, cable management, staging, and basic asset handling
• Ability to lift and move boxes of IT equipment and work on feet for extended periods
• Strong customer service skills for limited customer facing work (laptop swaps/upgrades)
• Basic understanding of IT fundamentals (Windows, peripherals, docks, monitors, connectivity)
• Comfortable following documented processes for device imaging and secure wiping of returned devices
• Strong organization and attention to detail when tracking converted, staged, and returned equipment
