Training Specialist - Cybersecurity awareness

Position Type: 6 + month contract - good chance of long term extensions  

Requirements

Training Specialists with strong background in cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based training who can bridge security, learning, and program execution. This individual should be able to evaluate vendor-provided content, align it to enterprise risk priorities, and drive measurable behavior change through structured training and assessment.

Key

Skills & Qualifications

+  Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs

+  Background in behavior change or learning design

+  Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs

+  Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

Training Audit & Alignment

+  Review internal security training and standards

+  Audit vendor content and map it to audiences

+  Identify gaps and adjust training program to target key behaviors

Program Planning & Design

+  Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases

+  Curate the training modules and simulation library

+  Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing

Deployment & Execution

+  Conduct baseline testing with Technology Services & Privileged Users

+  Launch core HRM training curriculum across vendors

+  Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
