Required Skills:

• 7 or more years of experience working as project manager on large-scale enterprise-class IT projects
• 3 or more years of experience working as project manager on IT infrastructure projects
• 3 or more years of experience handling multiple IT infrastructure buildouts at remote sites
• Experience managing remote IT infrastructure resources assigned to the projects
• Experience working with the business units across multiple projects
• 3 or more years of experience managing projects with several different IT engineering groups (Network, Voice, Servers, Mainframe, etc.) and vendors
• 3 or more years of experience in handling the IT components associated with a merger
• Experience in cost-optimization projects
• Experience managing external vendors working on projects
• Experience and expertise in managing project budgets and vendor expenditures
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, impediments, weekly status reports and meeting minutes
• Experience in either server migrations or server upgrades
• Experience in leading large groups across multiple departments
• Experience in managing multi-year projects
• Proven ability to work with and facilitate geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience and expertise in communicating with staff, leadership, and at executive level
• Good meeting management skills
• Experience and expertise in project reporting including at executive level
• Ability to work with IT Engineers and upper management
• Strong financial acumen and a good understanding of budgets numbers
• Mastery of project financials
• CSM or other Agile certification
• PMP Certification
• Expertise in JIRA
• Experience using Confluence (preferred)
• Experience using Microsoft Teams
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience working with Clarity (preferred)
