Techno Functional Program Manager

This role requires hands-on fluency across three interconnected domains:

sBSS/OSS architecture, 4G/5G/LTE services, billing & provisioning, CDR processing, network lifecycle managemen

mVZ Connect platform, SIM/device lifecycle, M2M protocols, IMEI/MSISDN management, fleet & asset connectivit

LML-driven network ops, predictive analytics, AI automation, responsible AI governance, generative AI pilot

• e Own end-to-end delivery of IT programs — roadmap, budget, resource plans, risks, and milestone tracki
