Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead

Required Qualifications Hands-on Oracle Incentive Compensation experience (required and most critical qualification). Strong expertise in Oracle Workforce Compensation and Oracle Payroll. Extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Demonstrated leadership of Testing, SIT, and UAT activities. Proven success leading complex HR Technology projects within Oracle environments. Experience defining organizational roles, operational ownership models, and RACI matrices. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and drive consensus among multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM transformations. Knowledge of post-go-live support models and HR Technology governance frameworks. Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments. PMP, Oracle Cloud HCM, or related certifications preferred.
