This role is ideal for a student who wants hands‑on experience with enterprise application testing, automation frameworks, and modern AI‑enabled quality practices while working in a collaborative technology team.

The intern will gain practical experience supporting DPA's testing team by assisting with test automation, execution, documentation, and analysis. The role will help backfill test engineering capacity across multiple DPA projects and support ongoing improvements that reduce manual testing effort and improve repeatability. The intern will work under the direction of team members and management while learning established standards, policies, procedures, and enterprise technology practices.

Requirement:
You must be currently enrolled in college-level courses or a degree‑seeking program throughout the duration of the internship.

  • Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD or Dev Ops workflows where applicable.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, scrum teams, and leadership to complete assigned tasks.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for testing tasks, project work, analysis, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Exposure to Selenium or similar web automation frameworks; academic, personal, or project experience is acceptable.
  • Understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test case creation, execution, validation, and defect documentation.
  • Ability to learn Pega application testing concepts and apply them to web‑based enterprise systems.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery, SDLC concepts, and working within a team environment.
  • Effective analytical, research, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow‑through, and ability to meet deadlines.
