Technical Program Manager

BRMi is seeking a Technical Program Manager who partners with executive leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex cross-functional programs that support enterprise strategy and operational objectives. This role is responsible for translating strategic initiatives into executable plans, driving program governance, managing risks and dependencies, improving operational effectiveness, and ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional programs and projects.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives supporting enterprise and operational priorities.
  • Track program performance through metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure successful program execution.
  • Establish and maintain program governance standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive status reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Support organizational change management and business adoption initiatives.
  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of progressive Program or Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience leading project or program teams.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise delivery methodologies including:
    Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into executable program roadmaps.
  • Experience with:
    Program governance, Executive reporting, Performance metrics, Risk management, Vendor management.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and executive leadership across multiple business units.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience presenting complex information to executive audiences.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with project planning and reporting tools, including:
    Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as: PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ITIL, AWS or Azure Cloud Certifications.
  • Experience with enterprise project management tools including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
