Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance Service Now platform knowledge, including strong proficiency in CMDB tables and relationships among various CIsPerform data ingestion and data integration to support service management processesApply Service Now CSDM knowledge/experience, focusing on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, and Business Capabilities, establishing relationships among various CIsEnsure IT data is structured according to CSDM standardsManage CMDB data within Service Now, including CI lifecycle management, change management, and enforcement of policiesDevelop health dashboards and identify stale or orphaned data in the CMDBSupport governance and compliance activities by collaborating with CI owners and auditorsRequirements
Experience with Service Now platform, especially CMDB and CSDM knowledgeStrong data ingestion and integration skillsUnderstanding of CI lifecycle management, change management, and policies enforcementExperience with data governance, data quality, and establishing health dashboards in Service NowPrior experience supporting governance and compliance activitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
